Our services and rates are customized to meet the specific needs of each client and project.  Quotations are based on either an hourly, per project, or retainer contract basis.

Hourly Clients

• Rates range from $30-$45 per hour depending on project.
• Average rate is $35 per hour.

Project Clients

• 1 day - 1 month contract.
• 50% deposit due upon contract signature.
• Balance due immediately upon project completion.
• 2 hour minimum.

Retainer Clients

• 3 months - 1 year contract.
• First month's fee due upon contract signature.
• Balance due immediately upon project completion.
• 10 hour per month minimum.
• 4 Retainer Packages
  • Bronze - 10 hours per month
  • Silver - 20 hours per month
  • Gold - 30 hours per month
  • Platinum - 40 hours per month

NOTE:
Final proofreading of all documents is the responsibility of the client.
Some additional 'project specific' charges may apply (ie: rush service, after hours, NSF charges, etc.)

A signed contract, with the specifics of the project, is required before beginning work.  For large projects (ie., manuscripts, address labels, etc.) a 50% deposit will be required prior to beginning.

Payment is due in full prior to delivery of project.  If payment is made by check, project will be held until the check has cleared the bank.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Deposit - Electronic Transfer (PayPal), Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Credit Card (via PayPal.) Personal checks are accepted for established clients only.
